service sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.\nTake ownership of P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts/projects.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers in electrical project sales and service domains.\nCollaborate with service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.\nProvide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and participate in regular status calls.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.\nRequired Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 8 -12 years in UPS service sales (contracts, spares, batteries, upgrades, retrofit, audit services).\nStrong knowledge of electrical project sales and service delivery models.\nProven track record in sales growth and P&L management.\nFamiliarity with contract structures, RCR/WCR metrics.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.\nAbility to work independently as an individual contributor.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred QualificationsExperience in Vertiv or similar UPS/power solutions industry.\nExposure to solution-based service selling and consultative approaches.\nTechnical understanding of UPS systems and retrofit
