including Technical Engineering, Quality and Warehouse, to resolve operational issues.\nVerify compliance with the required quality standards throughout the different assembly stages.\nEnsure the correct use of equipment, measuring instruments and other resources available within the department.\nSupport the onboarding, coaching and operational training of assigned personnel.\nPromote compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, workplace organisation and the correct management of workstations.\nContribute to improving department organisation by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and productivity.\nEssential Requirements\nStrong knowledge of mechanical assembly activities.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings.\nKnowledge of measuring instruments, hand tools and workshop equipment.\nKnowledge of the main Lean Manufacturing tools.\nAbility to identify and manage technical issues during assembly activities.\nAbility to organise and schedule the department's operational activities.\nAbility to coordinate and manage personnel.\nAbility to set priorities and manage activities according to production requirements.\nStrong focus on achieving time, quality and productivity targets.\nAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with different company functions.\nStrong attention to company procedures and safety rules.\nAvailability to work a standard daytime schedule, two shifts and
