The role plays a key part in driving business growth through data-driven insights and actionable reporting.\nResponsibilities include analyzing and interpreting business results, preparing detailed reports, and supporting strategic planning, performance management, and decision-making processes. The position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful analytics that guide business direction and operational excellence.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nReporting Analytics\nEnsure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of sales and order data, as well as demand, supply, and inventory planning (SIOP) data reporting and analytics.\nProvide and coordinate with stakeholders - salespersons, sales directors and functional leaders, various data on pipeline, sales, orders, backlog and distributor reports and performance monthly based on the set targets.\nParticipate and provide support in the SIOP monthly calls every end of the month with the sales directors and salespeople by analyzing pipelines, orders and win rate trends of projects and providing inputs to Sales Leaders during the discussion.\nPerform quality control procedures/sanity checks and validation process of source reports and generated report to ensure accuracy. \nTake over and managed current process improvement initiatives of the team through the use of technology (e.g. automation through VB Application, Power BI, etc.) \nProvide business continuity backup for other team members who may be delegated tasks in line with the team's objective.\nWork with cross-functional organizations to drive alignment and collaboration through the execution of data-informed business strategies and performance\nChallenge the organization by working on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.\nIdentify & implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Sales / Business Operations and Sales and Operations Teams productivity.\nBe the liaison between sales, operations and finance and possibly other functions like IT.\nWork with the wider Finance and IT team to deliver improvements in management information reporting.\nGlobal SIOP Input & Reporting\nConsolidate regional demand and supply plans for global products that need to be allocated across global plants.\nConsolidate drivers for key changes from regional teams into a global summary for sharing with global business leaders and global material managers.\nManage regional demand plan submissions for Trade and Intercompany demand tracking on-time submissions and key report quality metrics. \nRun quality checks on data submissions and coordinate feedback from regional teams for key cycle over cycle changes.\nCoordinate with master data, regional teams, & other key stakeholders (factories) to ensure key reporting attributes are maintained properly between regional & global reporting structures. \nGenerate and publish global SIOP reports to key stakeholders\nData Management\nSupport Snowflake and Power BI report development.\nProvide clear data review to enhance data management.\nDevelop new tools to facilitate speed and efficiency in data collection and reporting.\nParticipate in cadence reviews for project development.\nJob Qualifications:\n10 - 12 years' Experience in data management and processing, automation-related processes (e.g. Finance/Sales operations/regional stakeholders) \nBachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or equivalent work experience. \nPossesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications-including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Excel-integrated with SQL and Data Lake to build end-to-end automated workflows and data pipelines.\nExperience in data reporting, consolidation, processing, and merging, combined with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of working at a regional level within a shared services environment.\nHigh level organization and planning skills so that workflow and deadlines are managed efficiently and accurately\nDemonstrates excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.\nAbility to work across time zones with global teams\nSelf-motivated with a strong positive attitude and good work ethic\nA collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork\nExcellent account management and customer focus skills \nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS\n5% travel
