With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people.\nWe are seeking a Site Coordinato r to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye!\nAs a Site Coordinator, you will report to the Project Delivery Leader and support project execution throughout the site delivery, installation, and commissioning phases, working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders.\nYou will play a key role in coordinating site activities, monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring effective communication between Vertiv teams, customers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. You will help ensure that all site activities are properly planned, coordinated, and executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.\nDepending on your area of specialisation, you will support projects involving Vertiv's Thermal Management or AC Power solutions.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\nWorking with the Project Manager to interpret and manage inbound OEM devices and site-based activities.\nMaintaining schedules as required \nReport any problems/ risks uncovered to the Project Manager \nAttending meetings & reviews, taking concise and comprehensive notes, and passing information to the team and client as required \nArranging subcontractors and delivery teams as required \nWorking with QA to ensure any issues are raised and noted\nUndertaking relevant on-the-job training where required and keep up-to-date with site requirements \nInstil a good H&S environment \nBe a proactive member of the EMEA projects team and attend meetings as required. \nAssist in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, minimise inventory and increase efficiency and profitability. \nImprove management of sub-contract activity including maintenance of preferred supplier status and performance measurement statistics, keeping subcontracts spend to a minimum. \nPerform other duties and oversee special projects and assignments as directed by the EMEA Projects Team.\nWhat will make you successful?\nGood command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international teams, customers, and subcontractors.\nKnowledge of, or practical experience with, Thermal Management or AC Power systems, depending on the assigned position.\nHighly organised and proactive, with excellent time management, planning & communication skills \nProject management experience advantageous \nExperience of Microsoft Project and/ or Excel advantageous \nExperience working within site based role advantageous \nPractical and methodical approach to problem solving \nDemonstrates dependability and commitment to project/ tasks \nFlexible approach with the ability to adapt with change \nAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.\nAdditional Requirements:\nSite Coordinator - Thermal Management\nKnowledge of cooling and thermal management solutions used in data centres or other critical environments.\nFamiliarity with HVAC, precision cooling, chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, or liquid cooling systems would be an advantage.\nSite Coordinator - AC Power\nKnowledge of AC power systems used in data centres or other critical environments.\nFamiliarity with UPS systems, power distribution, static transfer switches (STS), or related electrical infrastructure would be an advantage.\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
