This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making across a large, complex organization.\nYou bring hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement, paired with strong Power BI and DAX skills. You're comfortable building dashboards, shaping governance frameworks, and partnering across teams to drive measurable results.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive Process Improvements\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization. \nFacilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and cross-functional working sessions. \nApply Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and process mapping methodologies to solve operational challenges. \nDevelop and implement improved, standardized processes, SOPs, workflows, and best practices. \nEstablish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of improvements. \nStrengthen Governance & Accountability\nDevelop and improve program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, controls, and standards. \nIdentify gaps in processes and controls and implement sustainable solutions to improve accountability, consistency, and execution. \nSupport performance reviews, KPI tracking, risk management, action tracking, and leadership reporting. \nPartner with cross-functional teams to drive process alignment and adoption of operational improvements. \nBuild Dashboards & Reporting\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. \nDevelop and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX. \nTranslate business requirements into actionable dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights. \nEnsure data accuracy and integrity while automating recurring reporting and reducing manual processes. \nLeverage strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
