This includes ensuring that all members of the team are following BEP, Vertiv standards and process, adhering to the model standards set with the right software, exchanging data regularly.\nIn addition to these duties the BIM lead also responsible for training new members on BIM process, Maintaining BIM models throughout project life cycle and developing BIM tools and templates on Revit Family/Content Creation using the Revit tool for the Data Centers and other Vertiv Products. He/ she will be responsible for delivering quality deliverables as per the organization’s standards. Work closely with different LoB’s and stakeholders to meet deadlines. He should ensure all team related timesheets, quality plan, and project updates on time.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMust have full time bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)\nMust have 9+ years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.\n5+ years of experience in BIM coordination (Revit families and Revit projects)\nStrong understanding of BIM principles and practices.\nDesign & domain knowledge of MEP engineering systems for data centers (preferred).\nProficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit in MEP, Navisworks.\nSetup and manage large sheets sets including revisions and markups for each project. Plot drawings to pdf & dwg.\nWork with clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As-Built and Submittal drawings.\nProficiency in Dynamo Scripting & APIs to create custom tools and workflows that address specific project needs is required.\nKnowledge of COBie implementation and 4D to 7D deliverable at LOD 350.\nSupervise and contribute to create Revit content/families and oversee maintenance of family libraries according to relevant projects and Vertiv Products.\nCreation of Parametric and non-parametric families\nReview, estimate and give inputs into delivery schedules and level of efforts required to produce deliverables.\nCreate and maintain all BIM documentation not limited to BEP, MOM, LOD matrix.\nTrain, mentor and troubleshoot CAD & Revit modeling, Navisworks queries.\nCreate and maintain quality checks and follow standards for project and revit content delivers.\nExcellent in English communication and prestation skills.\nStrong Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills.\nDemonstrate positive attitude, high ethics, and a working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for utilizing APIs to integrate BIM data with other project management tools.
