This role is focused on providing actionable insights to improve on-time Delivery, production adherence and attainment, past-due backlog reduction, inventory performance, and overall operational efficiency.\nThe position serves as a key business partner by transforming data into meaningful insights, developing automated dashboards and reporting tools, driving reporting standardization, and establishing performance metrics that support strategic and operational decision-making.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and develop a high-performing analyst team, establishing objectives, performance metrics, and professional development plans.\nLead the development, deployment, and maintenance of operational dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility to critical business metrics.\nEstablish governance and standardization for operational reporting, KPIs, and data definitions to ensure consistent measurement and decision-making across the organization.\nPartner with Finance, IT, Operations, and various stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent.\nPartner with IT to ensure relevant data is available in the data warehouse to drive reporting efficiencies.\nCreate executive-level reporting packages that communicate key operational risks, opportunities, and business performance indicators.\nDrive automation of manual reporting processes through Power BI, SQL, ERP reporting tools, and other business intelligence platforms.\nPartner with IT and business stakeholders to improve data quality, master data governance, and system integration capabilities.\nSupport strategic projects and initiatives by providing analytical insights, business cases, and performance measurement frameworks.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.\n7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.\nAdvanced experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, or similar platforms.\nStrong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle).\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, materials management, production planning, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.\nAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.\nAbility to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment. \nPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS\nThe role is primarily office-based with frequent interaction with manufacturing and operations teams.\nRequired to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols when in manufacturing environments.\nThe role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.\nOccasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.\nWork is primarily
