Job Purpose\nThe Head of Reliability Engineering is responsible for establishing and leading the organization's reliability and asset management strategy to ensure maximum equipment availability, operational efficiency, and lifecycle asset performance. The role drives reliability programs, predictive maintenance initiatives, asset health monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities to minimize downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and support operational excellence.\n3. Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement reliability strategies, standards, and asset management programs to improve equipment uptime and operational performance.\nLead Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) initiatives for critical assets.\nEstablish and optimize predictive and preventive maintenance programs using condition monitoring technologies.\nMonitor asset health, reliability KPIs, maintenance effectiveness, and lifecycle performance of critical equipment.\nLead and develop the reliability engineering team while collaborating with operations, maintenance, projects, and partners to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n4. Educational Qualifications\nMinimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering.\nPreferred Qualification: Master's Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or Business Administration.\n Relevant Specialization / Certifications:Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)\nISO 55001 Asset Management Certification\nSix Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt\n\n5. Work Experience\nTotal Experience Required: 12-15+ years\nRelevant Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, asset management, or operational excellence.\n Industry Experience (if applicable): Manufacturing, Industrial Plants, Data Centers, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Heavy Engineering.\n6. Technical Skills & Knowledge\n\n Technical Skill\n\nRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)\n\nFMEA / FMECA Methodologies\n\nPredictive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring\n\n7.
