# Sr. Mechanical Engineer

The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will provide design engineering support in a global environment for new product development (NPD), Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing mechanical designs, creating and maintaining CAD models and drawings, generating Bills of Materials (BOMs), and supporting engineering change processes. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional global teams while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and adherence to established project management processes. Key Responsibilities Support New Product Development (NPD), VAVE, and product improvement projects. Develop concept designs, detailed mechanical designs, and engineering solutions for sheet metal components and assemblies. Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, engineering drawings, and documentation using SOLIDWORKS. Generate and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and associated product structures. Execute engineering change orders (ECOs) and support change management processes. Prepare complete design packages, including 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs. Collaborate with global engineering team
