defects to identify systemic issues.\nCustomer Quality\nAct as the primary quality contact for customers regarding quality concerns and corrective actions.\nLead customer complaint investigations and response activities.\nParticipate in customer audits, reviews, and business meetings.\nEnsure timely completion of customer-required quality documentation and reporting.\nManufacturing & Process Improvement\nMonitor process capability and product performance using SPC and other statistical tools.\nLead continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects, waste, and cost of poor quality.\nSupport new product launches by leading APQP, PPAP, validation, and process qualification activities.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to improve process performance.\nSupplier Quality\nSupport supplier qualification, development, and performance improvement initiatives.\nLead investigations of supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions.\nReview supplier PPAP submissions and quality documentation.\nLeadership & Mentoring\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.\nLead cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and track quality KPIs and present performance metrics to management.\nPromote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.\n5-8+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.\nExperience with customer and supplier quality management.\nProficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.\nStrong project management and leadership skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\nCertified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).\nExperience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical device, or
