Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\nExperience\n5-8+ years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience within a manufacturing environment.\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.\nExperience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).\nExperience supporting manufacturing production operations.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong inventory control and material flow management knowledge.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nExperience with barcode scanning systems and warehouse automation technologies.\nUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.\nLeadership Competencies\nStrong leadership and people management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProblem-solving and decision-making capability.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to
