Senior Program Manager - Hyperscale Accounts will coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all operational readiness requirements. The position requires manufacturing operations experience, capital project execution & ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously to bring transparency to key customer accounts.\nResponsibilities\nPlease list at least 5 duties/accountabilities.\nProject Leadership and Execution:\nLead end-to-end project management of manufacturing operation related initiatives to support Vertiv’s key Hyperscale accounts\nDevelop and manage integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.\nDrive project governance including stage-gate reviews, executive status reporting, and stakeholder communication across all organizational levels.\nManufacturing Footprint, Capacity & Investment Strategy\nTranslate Hyperscale demand requirements into manufacturing capacity and supply chain strategies across plants, regions, products, and suppliers.\nRecommend how and where demand should be supported, including new factories, lines, expansions, and product transfers\nCoordinate the cross-functional plan to bring new capacity online and track readiness against customer deployment requirements.\nFrame gaps, constraints, investment needs, and key decision points for leadership.\nProduct and Manufacturing Readiness\nCoordinate the operational introduction of products into new or expanded manufacturing locations.\nIntegrate plant qualification, manufacturing process, tooling, labor, quality, and product-readiness requirements.\nAlign first builds, testing milestones, production ramp, and readiness for scaled manufacturing.\nEnsure functional owners have clear deliverables, timing, dependencies, and decision points.\nTrack and report readiness of new capacity against customer deployment requirements.\nEducation & Certifications\nPlease note minimum and preferred requirements for education. This includes degree, specializations, and certifications.\nBachelor's degree required: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field.\nLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) ideal but not required.\nRequirements\nPlease list all experience required to perform this job. You may note some requirements as preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading large-scale manufacturing facility projects including greenfield and brownfield builds from scope through operational handover.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, line balancing, production system design, and throughput optimization.\nExperience with capital expenditure budgeting, financial modeling, and capital project justification.\nKnowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies including automation, digital factory tools, and manufacturing execution systems.\nProven ability to manage cross-functional, global project teams and influence at all organizational levels without direct authority.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions and develop capacity scenario models.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.\nMulti-industry or multi-product-line manufacturing experience. (Preferred)\nExperience in power, thermal management, or critical infrastructure manufacturing. (Preferred)\nKnowledge of global supply chain dynamics, geopolitical influences, and total landed cost analysis. (Preferred)\nFamiliarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and manufacturing execution systems.
