The Team Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks within the department, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages, and finding solutions and/or notifying Supervisors that solutions are needed, facilitating implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes, and requesting non-personnel related assistance of other departments by completing work orders and requesting engineering and SFA assistance. May be required to do other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.\nBusiness Unit Job Summary:\nPrimarily conducts Team Coordinator tasks in assigned department and may be used in other departments for the Anderson facilities.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nReduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line.\nAddress and correct workflow issues.\nLearns all positions and fills in as needed.\nIdentifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.\nCommunicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.\n4+ Years Experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious lead position experience.\nPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.\nAble to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted.\nable to learn to work with all hand tools required of all positions within the area, including general work tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, brazing and wiring tools and equipment, forklifts, etc.\nAble to effectively direct the flow of others.\nAble to foster teamwork and resolve conflict.\nAble to work long hours and a variety of shits as needed.\nAble to learn and utilize materials tracking system.\nENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS\nAbility to work in an environment with temperatures occasionally above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees. \n\nTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED\n10% May need to travel when appropriate depending on product line needs.\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
