You will assist Sales with pre-sales support, helping to prepare proposals, quotes, and tenders. Additionally, you will help develop customized UPSs and Power distribution units to meet unique customer needs when standard products don't fit, making sure every solution is perfectly tailored to the client's requirements.\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -\n(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)\nReview RFQs and identify customer requirements/specifications.\nProvide pre-sales technical support of product specifications.\nStandard product selection based on customer requirements.\nDesign new solutions where standard products do not fit.\nDefine feasibility and costs of solutions/products.\nIntegration and coordination with the internal departments and/or external suppliers.\nAttend customer meetings with Sales manager as a technical expert.\nVisit consultants on a regular basis, owning the relationships and collaborate in developing effective solutions.\nWork with Product Management and Sales teams to give feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.\nQualifications: -\nRequired/ Minimum Qualifications: -\nEducation Background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.\nExperience: 5 to 10 years of experience on UPS, Batteries, Data Centers.\nAdditional / Preferred Qualifications: -\nExpertise in the utilization of critical power products such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), battery storage systems, Data Center infrastructure and electrical infrastructure solutions.\nExcellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Customer/Sales orientation.\nExperience with AutoCAD or similar CAD systems.\nHigh focus on customer needs.\nLanguage skills: fluent English and Italian, written and verbal, required.\nTime Travel Needed:
