With minimal supervision and sometimes limited product specifications, can fully support and manage both local and remote documentation projects from start to finish. \n\nResponsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:\n(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)\nPerforms the following functions with guided supervision:\nUnderstands, writes, and edits various product documentation for advanced technology products in clear and concise English.\nGathers technical information proactively. Researches available engineering information. Interviews engineers and other technical personnel to ensure the clarity, completeness, accuracy, and quality of the documents created. \nAssembles documentation in correct Vertiv or OEM format, keeping structure, content, and organization consistent with established standards and styles. \nDevelops product documentation for hardware and software applications per established standards, styles, and guidelines as assigned. \nManages multiple complex project schedules across multiple Product Lines and Business Units simultaneously.\nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications:\nRequired/ Minimum Qualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in technical writing, professional writing, digital writing/communications, journalism, or English is preferred.
