and detail-oriented Project Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, commissioning, and handing over UPS projects.\nThe candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of Online 3-Phase UPS systems, project management capability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nStudy and understand project BOM, system configuration, site wiring, and site layout received from the Sales team / customer and ensure successful implementation at site.\nPrepare project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and monitor milestones to ensure timely completion.\nCoordinate with Project Managers, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nExecute installations in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nResponsible for coordinating large-scale Data Centre, Industrial, and IT infrastructure projects.\nPrepare and submit project documentation including Method Statements, HIRA, and Lifting Plans\nCommissioning & Handover\nOwn the complete commissioning process and final system handover to customers.\nCoordinate L2, L3, L4 and IST commissioning activities during SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).\nCoordinate Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and Site Acceptance Tests with load banks\nConduct SAT demonstrations and customer acceptance activities for UPS systems up to 1200 kVA capacity.\nDeliver operational and maintenance training to customer facility teams.\nCoordination & Communication\nCoordinate with vendors, PMC teams, consultants, contractors, and customers during project execution.\nCoordinate internally with SCM, Logistics, Quality, Service, and other support functions.\nProvide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nMaintain complete project documentation including plans, reports, commissioning records, and handover documents.\nEnsure all project activities comply with applicable standards, customer requirements, and company quality guidelines.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.\nBusiness Development Support\nIdentify opportunities for value-added services including panels, cables, accessories, batteries, and service contracts.\nGenerate and communicate potential business opportunities to the sales and service
