worldwide.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, safety, inventory control, and operational execution of warehouse activities supporting the Pelzer manufacturing campus.\nThis position provides direct frontline leadership to warehouse associates and ensures materials are safely and accurately received, stored, picked, staged, transacted, and delivered in support of production and customer shipment requirements.\nDepending on assigned area, the Supervisor may have responsibility for Receiving, Production Picking, Ship Loose, Site Escalations, Sub-Assembly support, Inventory Control, Finished Goods, or other warehouse/material-flow activities across Pelzer P1, P2, and P3.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor must be a hands-on leader capable of operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong standards around safety, inventory accuracy, transactional discipline, productivity, quality, and employee accountability.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide daily leadership and direction to warehouse associates across assigned warehouse functions and shifts.\nPlan and allocate manpower based on production priorities, inbound requirements, Ship Loose demand, customer shipments, and daily operational needs.\nEnsure material is received, put away, picked, staged, and delivered accurately and on time to support the production schedule.\nMaintain strong operational control of Ship Loose material, including picking, staging, consolidation, identification, packaging coordination, and readiness for shipment.\nEnsure physical material movements are supported by accurate and timely Oracle transactions.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through location control, cycle counting, transaction discipline, material reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.\nEnsure Finished Goods and Ship Loose material are appropriately controlled and aligned to the correct production and customer shipment requirements.\nSupport WON closure and shipment readiness by ensuring required warehouse activities and material transactions are completed accurately.\nCoordinate daily material priorities and escalations with Production, Planning, Materials, Quality, Logistics, and other supporting functions.\nIdentify material shortages, missing parts, incorrect quantities, inventory discrepancies, and other constraints and drive timely resolution.\nEstablish daily work priorities through Tier meetings, shift-start meetings, and direct floor leadership.\nMonitor warehouse productivity and ensure labor resources are appropriately aligned with operational demand.\nManage employee attendance, performance, training, development, and adherence to established policies and standard work.\nCross-train employees to increase flexibility and ensure appropriate operational coverage.\nMaintain a visible leadership presence on the warehouse floor and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and process compliance.\nEnforce all EHS requirements, including forklift safety, pedestrian safety, dock operations, PPE, housekeeping, and safe material handling.\nSupport incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.\nSupport cycle counts, inventory audits, annual Physical Inventory, and inventory reconciliation activities.\nDrive 5S, warehouse organization, space utilization, and continuous improvement activities.\nMonitor operational performance and escalate risks that could impact production, inventory accuracy, shipment execution, or customer commitments.\nSupport overtime, weekend, and alternative shift requirements based on production and business needs.\nPerform additional responsibilities as required by Warehouse and Materials leadership.\nLeadership Expectations\nThe Warehouse Supervisor is expected to be a visible, hands-on frontline leader, not simply an administrator of warehouse activity.\nThe Supervisor must establish clear expectations, actively manage execution on the floor, and hold the team accountable for following established processes.\nThe role requires the ability to:\nLead by example and promote a strong safety culture.\nCreate accountability across warehouse teams.\nMaintain control of inventory and material movement.\nEscalate issues early before they impact production or shipments.\nDrive problems through resolution rather than transferring ownership between departments.\nDevelop employees and build a flexible, cross-trained workforce.\nWork collaboratively across P1, P2, and P3 as one Pelzer Materials and Warehouse organization.\nAdapt quickly as production priorities and customer requirements change.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of warehouse, materials, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.\nPrevious Supervisor, Team Lead, or frontline leadership experience preferred.\nExperience within a manufacturing or production-support warehouse environment strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of receiving, inventory control, production picking, material staging, shipping, and warehouse operations.\nERP/WMS experience required; Oracle experience preferred.\nUnderstanding of inventory transactions and the relationship between physical material movement and system inventory.\nStrong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nAbility to lead and develop hourly employees across multiple warehouse functions.\nBasic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends when required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within a high-volume or rapidly growing manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting multiple production lines or manufacturing facilities.\nOracle ERP inventory and warehouse transaction experience.\nExperience managing Ship Loose, production picking, Finished Goods, or customer-specific material staging.\nExperience with cycle counting, Physical Inventory, inventory reconciliation, and root-cause investigation.\nLean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, or similar operational excellence experience.\nForklift/material-handling equipment knowledge and experience.\nKey Performance Areas\nPerformance will be
