This position will ensure the safe, accurate, and timely movement of material while supporting production requirements, customer shipments, inventory accuracy, and continued business growth.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse associates across key operational areas including Production Picking, Ship Loose Picking, Site Escalations, Sub-Assembly support, Receiving, and Material Movement. This role will work closely with Production, Materials, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure daily priorities are clearly established and executed.\nThe successful candidate will be a visible floor leader who drives accountability, develops employees, maintains operational discipline, and responds effectively to changing priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide direct leadership and supervision for daily P2 warehouse operations and assigned warehouse associates.\nCoordinate labor and resources across Production Picking, Ship Loose Picking, Site Escalations, Sub-Assembly support, Receiving, and Material Movement.\nEnsure material is picked, staged, issued, and delivered accurately and on time to support the production schedule.\nEstablish clear daily priorities and ensure warehouse activities remain aligned with production and shipment requirements.\nProvide appropriate supervisory coverage across assigned shifts and support effective shift-to-shift handoffs.\nMaintain strong inventory control and ensure physical material movements are supported by accurate and timely system transactions.\nMonitor picking accuracy, shortages, material discrepancies, and inventory issues and drive timely corrective actions.\nPartner with Planning, Materials, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve material and operational constraints.\nManage urgent site and production escalations while maintaining control of planned warehouse activities.\nDrive adherence to standard work, warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and established operational controls.\nLead daily floor management activities, including workload allocation, employee assignments, performance follow-up, and escalation management.\nCoach and develop warehouse associates while maintaining clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and accountability.\nSupport cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and corrective actions related to inventory accuracy.\nIdentify opportunities to improve material flow, warehouse layout, labor utilization, picking efficiency, and overall productivity.\nMonitor warehouse KPIs and develop corrective actions where performance does not meet expectations.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives as P2 production volume and operational complexity continue to increase.\nMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.\nSupport additional warehouse and operational requirements as business needs evolve.\nQualifications & Experience\nPrevious warehouse, distribution, materials, logistics, or manufacturing experience required.\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.\nExperience leading warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.\nStrong understanding of inventory control, material movement, picking, receiving, and shipping processes.\nExperience working with ERP and/or warehouse management systems.\nStrong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing production requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to hold teams accountable while building a positive and collaborative working environment.\nStrong focus on safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational execution.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Materials, Logistics, Quality, and other supporting functions.\nFlexibility to support shift requirements, overtime, and changing business needs when required.\nKey Measures of Success\nSuccess in this position will be measured through safety performance, production support, picking execution, inventory accuracy, material availability, on-time delivery to production, escalation response, labor productivity, transaction accuracy, and adherence to standard work.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in establishing a disciplined and scalable P2 warehouse operation capable of supporting increasing production volumes and the continued growth of the Pelzer campus.
