# EH&S Coordinator

Position Summary The EHS Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state (Cal/OSHA), and local regulations. This role supports a fast-paced aerospace machine shop and fabrication environment by leading safety training, conducting audits, managing compliance requirements, and driving continuous improvement through 6S and other lean initiatives. The position will be responsible for EH&S across two locations in Anaheim and Torrance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safety & Training Plan, develop, and conduct monthly safety training for all employees. Train employees and supervisors on how to perform safety audits and hazard assessments. Maintain training records and ensure required certifications are current. Promote a strong safety culture and employee engagement in EHS programs. Audits & Compliance Conduct regular internal safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Support and participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits. Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, and aerospace customer requirements. Track corrective actions and follow through to closure
