Perform first article inspections and generate detailed reports\nVerify first article inspection and/or in-process inspection samples to the full requirements of drawings.\nGenerate and process nonconformance reports (NCRs) and assist in root cause and corrective action activities\nAssist in the training of less experienced inspectors.\nDisplays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Adapts to changes in the work environment; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.\nEnsure all inspection activities comply with 6S, safety, and housekeeping standards to promote a clean and organized work environment\nExposure to manufacturing environments including moving machinery, cutting fluids, metal shavings, vibration, and varying noise levels from moderate to loud\nAlways Work safely and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to your supervisor or Manager immediately.\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
