Learn more at verve.com.\n\nWho You Are\nWe are seeking a data-driven Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to own key analytics, reporting, and data insights initiatives across Verve's core programmatic Marketplace.\nIn this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Operations teams to develop and improve reporting capabilities, analytics dashboards, and marketplace insights. You will be responsible for translating complex data requirements into actionable product initiatives that drive better business decisions and marketplace performance.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOwn feature discovery, product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for analytics and reporting products.\nDrive the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and data insights that improve visibility into marketplace performance.\nPartner with Engineering, Data, Commercial, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.\nManage and prioritize product backlogs based on business impact, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nAnalyze marketplace KPIs and identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and platform insights.\nLead product delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and communication.\nWhat You Will Bring\n2+ years (Product Manager) or 4+ years (Senior Product Manager) of hands-on product management experience in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, or Ad Servers).\nStrong understanding of OpenRTB protocols, RTB auction mechanics, and programmatic advertising metrics.\nProven experience managing analytics, reporting, dashboards, or data-driven products within an AdTech environment.\nSolid understanding of data structures, data flows, and reporting requirements, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.\nStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product decisions.\nExperience with structured prioritization frameworks and Agile development methodologies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nNice to
