You will be the trusted expert for key stakeholders and maintain a focus on supporting technical sales efforts from prospecting through onboarding.\nDrive sales win rates by providing technical expertise for qualifying calls, product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots.\nCapture and document the technical needs and success factors throughout the sales process. Maintain detailed information in the CRM system\nCreate & manage tickets in the issue management system to effectively address product feedback from prospects and sales blockers\nLead customer kickoff & training sessions as part of onboarding\nAct as a communications liaison between prospects and Veryfi’s Sales, Technical Support, Development, and -Leadership team\nContribute to the content and continual improvement of tutorials, FAQs, and other materials\nPreferred experience:\n5+ years as a sales engineer in a B2B SaaS company\nAccountability and personal organization are essential\nEffective communications skills via email, phone, and online meetings\nExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with both customer facing teams and internal teams\nWorking knowledge of SaaS platforms and Application Programming Interfaces\nExperience building and optimizing Customer Success processes is a plus\nExperience with HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus\nBachelor's Degree required\nCoding experience in Python and using APIs\n‼ IMPORTANT ‼\nYou have Technical Chops,\nStellar Communicator and\nDemonstrated Grit and consistently showing up are essential to your success at Veryfi.NEXT STEPS\n\nOnly do this IF you are locally based in Silicon Valley.
