Portuguese.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their document processing automation needs and ensuring successful implementation of Veryfi's data extraction solutions\nGuide clients through API implementation, providing code samples, documentation, and best practices to ensure successful integration with their systems\nConduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs, address technical challenges, and identify opportunities for expanded use of Veryfi's platform\nCollaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot client issues, prioritize bug fixes, and communicate timelines for resolution\nGather client feedback on product features and communicate requirements to the Product team\nDevelop deep expertise in document processing workflows and Veryfi's AI/ML capabilities to advise clients on optimization\nMonitor client API usage patterns to identify potential performance issues or opportunities for improvement\nBe the Industry Expert for our clients educating them on new releases and how they apply to them and new services & features that they can use.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n3-5 years of experience in a Technical Account Management role in a simialr industry\nTechnical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving client needs.\nProactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.\nIdeal experience with tools like Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL \n Operations savvy mindset, with an ability to identify and eliminate process friction while continuing to build scalable processes\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and
