Whether you are deep-diving into system architecture, bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution, or mentoring junior developers, you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to help Vesper’s product grow into its next stage.\nWhat you will do\nArchitect: Design and build the development of complex, highly scalable features for our core products.\n\nDrive Technical Excellence: Identify systemic technical challenges, take ownership of reducing technical debt, and establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Take initiative for change through RFC ownership.\n\nOptimize and Scale: Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability based on both evolving customer needs and long-term technical strategy.\n\nDrive Technical Execution: Collaborate with the product team to translate feature requests into robust technical architectures. Participate in backlog reviews to assess the technical feasibility of new ideas, break down complex requirements, and ensure a healthy balance between product delivery and technical health.\n\nMentorship and Leadership: Elevate the entire development team by mentoring junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and proactively improving our agile way of working.\n\nWhat you will bring\nEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience: 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack or web development, with a track record of delivering scalable web applications.\n\nTechnical Mastery: Deep, architectural understanding of the web development ecosystem.
