Working alongside our marketing team, you'll get involved in a bit of everything, from content and social to our website, events, and wherever else you can add value. This is a full-time, fixed-term position: 400 hours, paid at $30 per hour.\nThe role\nYou'll get hands-on across almost every corner of marketing, from shooting content on the water to updating our website and helping celebrate wins across the team.\nCreate content, capturing photos and video of our vessels, production, testing, and team activities, and editing it for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.\nSupport our social channels, helping plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments from our community.\nResearch and generate ideas, keeping an eye on industry trends and competitor activity, and bringing fresh content ideas to the table.\nKeeping our website up to date, uploading blogs, news articles, and imagery, checking pages for accuracy and consistency, and supporting SEO improvements.\nHelp with internal marketing, photographing company events, helping celebrate milestones and achievements, and producing presentation material for leadership.\nWhat you'll learn\nGain real-world experience in startup marketing, seeing how a category-defining company builds its brand from the ground up.\nBuild practical skills in content creation, social media and digital marketing.\nGet exposure to brand development and product marketing, learning how to tell the story of world-leading technology to audiences around the globe.\nWork alongside engineering and commercial teams, seeing how marketing connects with the people designing, building, and selling our vessels.\nLeave with a portfolio you're proud of, full of real campaigns and content that has made an impact.\nAbout you\nYou don't need to be a marine or tech expert. What matters most is creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to get stuck in. You’re hard-working, creative and happy to roll up your sleeves and wear all the hats.\nWe're looking for someone with\nWorking towards (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.\nStrong written communication skills.\nExcellent organisation skills and attention to detail.\n A creative mindset and a good eye for what makes content stand out.\nConfidence with new technology and the ability to understand how things work\nBonus experience\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite.\nPhotography, videography, or basic video editing skills.\nExperience managing social media, ideally for a brand or organisation.\nCopywriting or graphic design skills.\nExperience using a website CMS.\nAn interest in clean technology, marine innovation, or sustainability.\nAbout us\nWe're here to set a better world in motion: cleaner air, better commutes, and deeper connections with nature and each other.
