This position requires a blend of artistic creativity and technical precision, as you will be responsible for returning damaged items to showroom condition through wood touch-ups, structural repairs, and surface restoration. You will play a critical role in ensuring every piece that leaves our warehouse meets Vesta Home’s impeccable standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly apply treatments such as stain removers, leather conditioners, and wood polish to enhance durability. Maintain strict cleaning and sanitation practices for all upholstery and soft goods.

Operations & Collaboration

  • Safely operate workshop tools and machinery, including sanders, saws, and spray equipment, while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and customer service teams to prioritize urgent repair requests. Work closely with the Design Team to execute customized refurbishments or alterations when required.
  • Assist with furniture assembly/disassembly and contribute to general warehouse organization to ensure efficient space utilization.

These duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
