Service area is primarily St. Mary's County but could require some travel to Charles and Calvert Counties, as we are looking to expand our service area. Services provided are to be individualized and based upon a detailed needs assessment. This individual would provide services to assist clients with learning and developing independent living skills, social skills, illness management and strategies, and self-care skills. Support is also to be provided to clients with accessing and coordinating benefits, additional services, and community-based resources.\nHours are flexible, Primarily Part-time Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm; Some evenings availability\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:\nDegree in Health and Human Services field; and/or\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field\nValid Driver’s License; and reliable mode of transportation\nAbility to maintain a flexible schedule\nAbility to pass background check and drug screening.\nSKILLSET:\nConduct visits for adults and adolescents, utilizing a blend of onsite (office) and offsite (home/community) services.\nFacilitating Groups\nBe available to come to the office at least once a week for team meetings and collaborative sessions with the CPRP team.\nNavigate and connect clients to relevant community resources, offering guidance to support their vocational, educational, family, social, and daily life choices.\nDemonstrate proficiency in completing the DLA-20 assessment tool.\nAbility to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients at all times\nAttention to detail and follow through\nStrong computer skills, with familiarity to the Microsoft products\nAble to coach and teach with the purpose to obtain outcomes\nCompensation and Benefits:\nPay Range: Payment will be structured on a fee-for-service basis, meaning compensation will be provided monthly per completed service rather than an hourly or salaried rate.\nOther Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.\nPTO/Sick Leave: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).\nRetirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.\nHealth Benefits: Fee-for-service employees are eligible for benefits once they obtain full or part-time status. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).\nCompany-Paid Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D.
