Collaboration, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture are key drivers in our ambition to be the leading region within Vestas.\nThe Upgrade Management NCE department plays a central role in ensuring the successful implementation of Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) initiatives across Service and Construction. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, we strive to deliver upgrade projects safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards.\nOur responsibilities include the assessment and evaluation of CIM cases, covering business impact, operational feasibility, resource requirements, and financial implications for the respective Service Regions.
