Region NCE and Global Offshore > Global Offshore > Global Offshore CPX Commissioning Specialists & Field Trainers The Customer Project Execution (CPX) Department is responsible for delivering wind farm construction projects from inception through to completion. Within CPX, the Offshore Installation & Commissioning > Offshore Execution team oversees the operational execution of offshore work packages, maintaining responsibility until final testing and handover are completed. The team works closely with project teams, marine and aviation specialists, logistics providers, and procurement and finance functions to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
