Come and join us at Vestas!\nGlobal Offshore CPX Execution > Offshore Commissioning Site Supervision > Offshore CPX Commissioning Supervision APAC\nThe Commissioning Supervisor can be an on or offshore position. He/she will work together with one or more commissioning resources; this team is commonly known as \"the commissioning team\" they are tasked to complete all of the commissioning. The commissioning tasks will commence after a hand over of the WTG location from our Installation team.\nThe Commissioning supervisor will work conjointly with other members of the construction team, in particular the Installation team, QA/QC team as well as with sub-contractors and client construction teams, overseeing that all commissioning tasks are carried out successfully in a safe and timely manner.\nHe/she shall take necessary action in order to comply with Vestas safety and Quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure a safe work practice by acting in compliance with Vestas HSE requirements\nEnsure own all PPE checks are done, and monthly check sheets are logged\nResponsible for carrying our NPU and Functional test on Pre-assembly site\nDaily communication with Deputy Commissioning Manager\nExecute WTG completion and start up\nTroubleshoot, operate and maintain WTGs\nIdentify, register and manage deviations\nMaintain turbines and equipment\nKnowledge sharing\nProvide feedback and evaluation\nHelp in onboarding new starters\nQualifications\nA technical diploma/degree - e.g. Electrical or Electro-mechanical\nExperience from the wind industry is beneficial - e.g. with commissioning and troubleshooting\nGreat skills in English language - written and spoken\nExperience working in a multicultural environment\nCompetencies\nHealth and Safety awareness\nA team person\nStrong motivator and energizer of the team\nStrong Continuous Improvement mindset\nCalm and determined under pressure\nEffective problem solver\nCustomer focused\nEnthusiastic and highly motivated\nResourceful, and thrive in an international environment\nWillingness to travel and be mobilized globally\nWhat We Offer\nYou will benefit from working at a high professional level and with good technical commitment in a very inspiring environment.
