Join our global team and be part of this incredible opportunity.\nConstruction & Operations APAC > Contract & Bid Management > Contract Management AUNZ\nThe Contracts Administrator is a construction role which sits in the Contracts Management department within the broader Customer Project Execution (CPX) team. The CPX team is responsible for constructing wind farms, from producing proposals for developers to hand over to the Service organisation.\nWorking collaboratively with the Construction, Legal, and Procurement teams, as well as with other relevant stakeholders, including the Client/Principal and Subcontractors, the Contracts Administrator preserves the company's commercial interests while ensuring contractual compliance.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor Subcontractor's Rate of Progress and coordinate with the Construction team the review of variations and delay claims made by Subcontractors\nProviding ongoing commercial support - ensuring that suppliers, vendors and subcontractors of the project are adhering to the terms and conditions under which they were engaged\nOperate and maintain commercial and contract systems including Variation Registers, Delay Notices & Extension of Time (EOT) Claim Registers, Risk Registers • Ensuring that the Client and Subcontractors' bonds and insurances remain in compliance with contractual requirements\nSupport in dispute resolution processes as required\nReview documentation and coordinate with the Construction team on site as to the validity of variations, both upstream and downstream\nDrafting contractual correspondence to clients and subcontractors in coordination with the Contracts Manager and construction team\nDrafting and review of EOT notices in coordination with the Construction team\nEfficient and timely management of contractual issues and issuance of contractual correspondences\nAssist in monitoring the upstream program and capture all potential delay and prevention issues of the Client/Principal\nAssist the Construction team with the review of monthly payment claims made by Subcontractors and ensure timely issuance of payment certificates and overall contractual and SOPA compliance\nInvolvement in the negotiation of new upstream and downstream contracts for upcoming projects and providing advice to the Legal and Procurement teams from a contracts management perspective\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a person with qualifications and experience that align with the below.
