L’affectation se fera sur différents sites de construction selon les projets en cours.\nLe groupe des Lead Supervisors au sein de l’équipe VAME CPX regroupe des experts techniques reconnus dans l’installation et la mise en service des éoliennes Vestas. Ces professionnels assurent le leadership opérationnel sur les chantiers et veillent à la réalisation sécuritaire et efficace des projets.\nResponsabilités\nSuperviser les activités d’exécution des projets CPX sur le chantier.\nAgir comme principal collaborateur et bras droit du directeur de la construction.\nPlanifier et coordonner le travail quotidien des techniciens.\nAssurer la gestion complète des activités du site, depuis la livraison du premier composant jusqu’au transfert final de la dernière éolienne à l’équipe de service.\nEncadrer, former et accompagner les membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer leur développement professionnel et leur performance.\nQualifications\nNiveau Technicien III ou expérience équivalente.\nExpérience en installation d’éoliennes dans le cadre d’un projet de construction Vestas ou connaissances équivalentes acquises sur le terrain.\nExpérience dans la réalisation d’inspections mécaniques (« Mechanical Walkdowns »).\nExpérience à titre de superviseur ou de responsable d’une équipe de mise en service d’éoliennes (« Turbine Commissioning Crew »).\nCompétences recherchées\nBonne maîtrise des logiciels et outils informatiques de bureau.\nLeadership naturel et capacité reconnue à mobiliser et diriger une équipe.\nFormation ou expérience avec les plateformes SAP et Procore.\nSolides compétences organisationnelles, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.\nCe que nous offrons\nUne occasion unique de joindre l’équipe VAME CPX et de contribuer à des projets éoliens d’envergure.\nSalaire compétitif, avantages sociaux complets et régime enregistré d’épargne-retraite (REER).\nPossibilités de voyager fréquemment partout en Amérique du Nord ainsi qu’à l’international.\nExcellentes perspectives d’évolution et d’avancement au sein des différentes divisions de l’organisation.\nThis position requires 100% traveling availability, It will be site-based according to open construction projects.\nThe Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX.
