In this role, you will be embedded in a cross-functional product team, working in an environment where collaboration, empowerment, and continuous learning are central to how we operate.\nResponsibilities\nDesign intuitive and efficient customer service experiences for both external customers and internal users while working closely with your product trio, your Product Manager and Lead Engineer, to deliver solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives\nTranslate user insights, data, and requirements into clear, actionable design outcomes for complex, business-critical digital solutions in a B2B context\nBuild, maintain, and quality assure UI components in Figma, contributing to consistency and quality across products by applying shared design principles and component libraries\nEnsure that design efforts align with Customer Service Management product goals and measurable outcomes in our product-led way of working\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UX Researcher, or in a similar role\nExperience working with developing SaaS or complex B2B solutions\nProficient in Figma, including creating and maintaining components\nExperience working in trio setups together with Product Managers and Engineers\nWorking with product metrics, behavioral data, and tools such as Amplitude\nWorking with the OKR framework to align design efforts with product goals\nFluency in English (written and spoken)\nCompetencies\nYou have a growth mindset and are motivated by learning, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving your craft\nYou thrive in close collaborations and enjoy solving complex problems with others\nYou are curious and experimental in your design approach\nCan turn user insights into tangible, value-creating design solutions\nCommunicate clearly with stakeholders and navigate trade-offs effectively\nThrive in a distributed team environment and are comfortable collaborating closely with colleagues who may be in different countries\nWhat we offer\nYou will be part of a global organization transitioning towards a fully product led model with solid support for user centric design.
