We create and case-handle production change notice and tooling change notice with close collaborations with global process teams, R&D, purchase and factories. We update p-BoM and o-BoM , create routings and make sure the BoM is available well before production start either in NPI phase or Tech Transfer and serial production. We also support group costing in collaboration with finance team. We drive BoM optimization across blade manufacturing and govern manufacturing ECM system.\nResponsibilities\nCreation and update of P-BOM / C-BOM / O- BOM throughout product lifecycle.\nCreation and update of Routings throughout product lifecycle.\nExecute MSI extension to plants & creation of Tech Transfer MSI BOM & BOD\nUpdate O BOM Quarterly for Group Costing activity.\nECM Governance.\nCreation & Case handling Production CN for both NPI and serial production.\nDrive and support blade manufacturing lead time reduction of CN implementation\nQualifications\nBachelor's in Engineering in any of the following disciplines - Polymer / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial / Aerodynamics\n3 to 5 years of working in Wind Industries, Engineering industries, Manufacturing, Automobile, Aeronautical Industries.\nExperience in Windchill Software and SAP.\nExperience in PowerBI apps/ dashboard developments will be an added advantage\nCompetencies\nGood knowledge on change management process and Bill of materials.\nKnowledge SAP and Windchill.\nKnowledge on blades manufacturing process is an advantage.\nSix sigma GB certification preferable.\nGood communication skill.\nStakeholders management.\nWhat We offer\nWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development possibilities in an inspiring environment at an established wind turbine manufacturer.
