(incl. FATs)\n\nReporting on progress of inspections / tests and QA/QC submissions.\n\nLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical queries are addressed.\n\nLiaise with and provide feedback to Melbourne based personnel. (Commissioning Manger)\n\nMonitor BOP progress and contribute to deriving solutions or mitigation measures should delays be incurred.\n\nParticipate in and coordinate HAZCOM meetings during commissioning phase.\n\nSupervising the Electrical construction activities, pre-commissioning and HV Commissioning of Electrical Balance of Plant.\n\nPreparation of Switching Program and HV commissioning inspection test plans for initial energization.\n\nReviewing of Inspection and Test Plan ITP and QA packs submitted by Subcontractors and reporting on site day to day progress on Electrical equipment installation, pre-commissioning and HV Commissioning.\n\nParticipate in final Walkdown for punch listing.\n\nMaintain a good working relationship with onsite client and contractors.\n\nEnsuring compliance with scope requirements, making sure all assigned works are completed on time and within budgetary limitations.\n\nAttending site and progress meetings to assist with expert knowledge in these areas\n\nBring standards compliance knowledge to the team\n\nEnsure all work carried out always follows Quality and Site Safety requirements.\n\nInform Construction Manager and Site Electrical Engineer on work progress, potential issues etc. at all times.\n\nIdentify any risks to executing plan or electrical construction schedule and advise Site Manager and Site Electrical Engineer.\n\nResolving site co-ordination problems with contractors and agreeing solution\n\nForecast, monitor and order tools, equipment, parts / components, and labor, as required.
