product quality and process reliability.\nCollaborate closely with Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.\nConduct time and motion studies and support line balancing initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.\nMonitor process performance through KPIs, statistical analysis, and graphical reporting tools.\nCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process flows, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and technical process documentation.\nDrive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Continuous Flow, SMED, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke.\nParticipate in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement projects.\nSupport new product introductions and process validation collaboration.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or Industrial Engineer within a manufacturing environment.\n Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).\nExperience interpreting:Technical drawings\nManufacturing drawings\nBills of Materials (BOMs)\nCustomer specifications\nBuild instructions and manufacturing documentation\n\nExperience creating and maintaining:Process Flows\nPFMEAs\nControl Plans\n\nKnowledge of Statistical Analysis and process capability evaluation.\nExperience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).\nKnowledge of time studies, motion studies, and line balancing.\nPractical experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies including:5S\nContinuous Flow\nSMED\nPoka-Yoke\nKanban\n\nExperience leading initiatives focused on:Quality improvement\nCycle time reduction\nWaste elimination\nProductivity optimization\nCost reduction\n\nIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nBasic knowledge of CAD software and technical drawing interpretation.\nExperience using manufacturing metrics, reports, and process performance dashboards.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
