We continuously explore better ways of developing software and have adopted AI-assisted and agentic development as part of our development workflows, helping us improve productivity, quality, and the speed at which we can turn ideas into valuable solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, translating product and design requirements into high-quality solutions\nTake direct ownership of frontend development while being comfortable contributing across the technology stack when it creates value for the product\nCollaborate closely with designers, backend developers, product owners, and other specialists to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences\nContribute to APIs, integrations, backend services, and cloud-based solutions where relevant to the product and your experience\nContinuously improve code quality and application performance, applying best practices for testing, accessibility, security, and maintainability\nContribute to a positive and inclusive Software Engineering Chapter culture through knowledge sharing, peer support, and collaboration across teams and development disciplines\nUse modern development approaches, including AI-assisted and agentic development, to improve productivity and solution quality\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\n4 years of professional development experience with deep frontend experience; experience with Angular and TypeScript is highly valuable\nSolid experience with modern frontend development principles, including component-based architecture, state management, testing, accessibility, and scalable application design\nExperience or interest in working beyond the frontend, including APIs, backend services, integrations, and cloud platforms; experience with Java/Spring Boot and Microsoft Azure is valuable\nPractical experience with modern development ecosystems, including Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices, with a solid focus on quality and maintainability\nEffective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, product-driven teams\nExperience using, or a keen interest in using, AI-assisted development tools as part of everyday development\nCompetencies\nBroad Development Mindset: Solid frontend experience combined with curiosity about the full technology stack and a willingness to contribute beyond traditional frontend boundaries\nFrontend Technical Skills: Solid frontend development skills with a focus on building accessible, performant, intuitive, and maintainable user experiences\nProblem-Solving: Solid analytical skills with the ability to approach technical challenges pragmatically and balance product needs, technical quality, and delivery\nAI-Assisted Development: Comfortable using AI and agentic development tools to support coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery while maintaining ownership of the resulting solution\nCollaboration: Works effectively with designers, backend developers, product owners, and other specialists while consistently contributing to shared development practices\nCuriosity & Learning Mindset: Continuously develops skills, explores new technologies and approaches, and is interested in understanding solutions beyond the frontend\nWhat We Offer\nYou will be part of a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineering Chapter focused on delivering digital solutions that create real business value for Vestas.\nThe chapter brings together developers with different technical skills and backgrounds, creating opportunities to learn across technologies while continuing to advance your frontend skills.\nWe offer an environment where continuous learning is encouraged, curiosity is valued, and experimenting with better ways of developing software, including AI-assisted and agentic development, is part of everyday work.\nYou will work in a product-driven setup with skilled colleagues, high technical ownership, and a culture that balances high standards with pragmatism and collaboration.
