Acting as a trusted advisor and coach, you will help prioritize the most critical HSE opportunities, share best practices across the organization, and ensure our manufacturing sites remain safe, compliant, and focused on delivering sustainable results.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will oversee the execution and governance of HSE performance across Vestas Manufacturing, promoting assurance, compliance, and ongoing improvement on a global scale.\nOversee HSE performance management across manufacturing locations, making sure key safety and compliance goals are met\nOversee HSE assurance activities, identifying gaps and ensuring effective mitigation plans are implemented\nDeliver monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reporting and management reviews\nPlan and oversee internal HSE audit programmes, ensuring consistent execution across factories\nConduct HSE audits and support sites in enhancing local audit processes and controls\nReview and support incident investigations, supporting root cause analysis, learning, and preventive actions\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a professional with the following qualifications and experience\nSolid experience in operational risk management within a manufacturing environment\nExperience managing QHSE transformation and continuous improvement across multiple sites\nPractical experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies, such as TapRoot\nSolid knowledge of integrated management systems (such as: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001)\nExperience applying data-driven problem-solving methodologies, such as Six Sigma, combined with leadership experience in a global organisation\nWillingness to travel 50% of time throughout the year, with experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams considered beneficial\nCompetencies\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with and engage people at all levels of the organisation\nStructured and data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on execution and measurable results\nSolid governance mindset, ensuring high standards of compliance, consistency, and operational excellence\nAbility to balance attention to detail with a clear focus on business priorities and outcomes\nHighly collaborative, with the ability to create trusted connections across teams worldwide\nDemonstrated ability to guide transformation and support continuous improvement across a complex global organization\nWhat we offer\nWe offer an exciting position with great development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's number one wind turbine producer.
