The Monitoring function (IOC) is critical in Vestas going forward when it comes to platform and eventually Application monitoring.\nStrategic goal supported:\nQuality - by reacting faster on errors/Alerts for Vestas-Scalability - by standardization and automating the monitoring processes, to accelerate time to execution\nHigher end user experience - by faster resolution time\nThe outcome will be:\nIncreased reaction patterns/models and decreased risks exposure handling Incidents and events\nFaster onboarding of new tools and processes by better use of automation\nAssist smaller DevOps/Application teams cover 24/7 monitoring and basic troubleshooting.\nMonitoring infrastructure components on-premises and in cloud\nDigital Solutions > Security & Technology Platforms > Compute & Cloud Platforms\nResponsibilities:\nPerforming daily system activities. Jointly with a team that provides 24/7 operational services\n2nd level support for issues related to infrastructure including IaaS and PaaS componentsPerforms system checks and basic maintenance plansTroubleshoots system operating problems and determine the cause of system interruptions\nEventually Assist DevOps/Application Teams creating and handling monitoring and troubleshooting tasks.\nAssist in coordination and resolution of problems.\nCreate document procedures and operational workflows\nLinux Operative System experience (with Windows experience)\nQualifications:\nExperience in Microsoft Azure working with IaaS and PaaS in Microsoft Azure such as Managed SQL webapps etc.\nKnowledge in SQL administration and IIS administration; knowledge in Grafana, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace; thorough experience with the ability to incorporate the information onto a software program used in the fabrication\nKnowledge/Experience on Service Now Ticketing Platform\nDocumentation and administration/coordination skills\nCompetencies:\nExperience in 24/7 monitoring setup and basic trouble shooting\nKnowledge in Incident/Request Management and Problem ManagementAutomation mindsetConfident in engaging with other teams in joint problem solving\nCollaborative with good communication skills\nExperience from working in DevOps organizations\nOpen to learning and building new skills\nWhat we offer:\nResolution of technical incidents and problems, monitoring and change capacity.
