It is an ever-developing task in a fast-paced environment.\nIn Regional SC Partner-NCE Vestas, Inventory Controlling function has the responsibility to facilitate Inventory Accuracy of physical and book stock across Vestas SCO Area warehouse Locations and SBU Service sites (wind farms) including van locations globally.\nResponsibilities\nWork with regional teams to schedule and prepare for the annual stock count.\nManage inventory and supply chain operations in accordance with company guidelines.\nPerform key inventory functions in the Lean Warehouse (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) systems to ensure proper material quantities.\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory items.\nMonitor accuracy rates to plan and schedule various stock counts in coordination with Finance.\nReview documentation and monitor product codes to identify discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity mismatches between stock and records.\nDevelop and implement improvements to current operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.\nCreate, generate, and file financial inventory reports; conduct monthly reviews with management.\nCollaborate with regional teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled counts within SLA (Service Level Agreement)\nQualifications\n2-3 Years' Experience with knowledge in inventory Control stock take activities & experience in inventory Management and Warehouse management\nBachelor's or master's degree within business, engineering or similar or PG in SCM\nSolid experience with ERP-SAP system / Microsoft Excel / Power point\nExperience in SQL and Excel VBA Macros /Power BI\nCompetencies\nGood communication skills in English both written and oral\nGood knowledge in SAP (MM & SD module specifically), MS Excel, Power BI Dashboards\nGood analytical skill and knowledge on supply chain management basics Flexible regarding work hours due to sites/warehouse in Europe and US mostly Night shift\nStructured and organized\nOutgoing and polite towards our stakeholders\nCollaborates effectively with others\nProactive and self-driven\nWhat We Offer\nYou'll have the opportunity to help strengthen the position of Vestas in a key market for the company with excellent perspectives of growth.\nJoin Vestas and you'll cultivate your career in an inspiring environment at the world's leading wind turbine producer, which has an ongoing dedication to sustainability.
