The role is located in the CSM Operations team that is handling Documentation, Invoicing, Master Data and Credit Controlling.\nResponsibilities\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nManage the financial approval of service orders and ensure all costs are allocated accurately\nMonitor invoicing activities and proactively follow up on outstanding, overdue, or unsent invoices\nPerform credit control activities and manage open receivables across assigned customer accounts\nAnalyze contract costs and profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improved financial performance\nProvide financial expertise, calculations, and controlling support to the Customer Service Management team\nAct as a key point of contact for customers regarding financial and invoicing-related matters\nConduct ad hoc financial analyses and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow sustainability\nQualifications\nSeveral years of experience from accounting and/or controlling tasks\nHigh financial understanding\nExperience with CRM systems and SAP\nHigh-level skills in MS Office\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, good understanding of one of regional languages is a plus (Nordics, Polish, Dutch, Baltics)\nCompetencies\nWe expect that you:\nService-minded with a natural motivation towards giving the customers (internal and external) a great service experience\nA strong business drive and mindset\nA positive and flexible team-player who can secure the daily workflow\nDetail-oriented, organized and structured with a high focus on quality without losing pace\nSelf-driven and working proactively towards continuous improvements, always with policies and processes as a baseline\nAbility to cope with stress in a fast-paced dynamic environment\nA strong feeling for business drive and an equally strong mindset\nWhat we offer\nWe are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
