For those who value capability building, organizational development, and readiness for tomorrow’s workforce, this is an opportunity to contribute at global scale\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will manage the development of Procurement capabilities across Vestas, ensuring our people, skills and talent pipelines are aligned with future business needs by combining strategic workforce insights with scalable learning and career development initiatives.\nDefine and evolve Procurement competency frameworks, capability roadmaps and role expectations aligned to strategic priorities\nIdentify capability gaps and development priorities using workforce, employee, and business insights\nDesign and govern role-based learning journeys, development programmes and capability-building initiatives at a global scale\nCreate transparent career pathways while building internal mobility, succession planning and leadership pipelines\nPartner with HR and business leaders to develop graduate, internship, early-career and rotational talent programmes\nPromote new operating models and work practices by focusing on targeted capability building, while tracking results and continuously improving outcomes through a broad global network of stakeholders and learning partners\n\nQualifications\nWe would expect you would have the below experience\nExperience in capability development, learning strategy, organisational development, HR, consulting or transformation\nDemonstrated ability to design and implement competency frameworks and learning programs within global organizations\nExperience delivering large-scale training and capability initiatives across complex business environments\nEffective stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate strategy into scalable people solutions\nKnowledge of career development, succession planning, leadership development and workforce planning\nData-driven approach with effective communication skills; Procurement or industrial sector experience\n\nCompetencies\nStrategic and pragmatic, with a clear focus on delivery and execution\nSkilled at working with and building credibility with senior stakeholders across the business\nInclusive, inquisitive, and committed to developing people, teams, and organizational capability\nStructured and methodical, with the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments\nEffective at collaborating across diverse cultures, geographies and stakeholder groups\nAble to design and implement simple, scalable solutions that deliver results in complex organizations\nWhat we offer\nWe offer an exciting position with great development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's number one wind turbine producer.
