Leader | Full-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics\nThe Logistics Supervisor is responsible to oversee, and coordinate activities of workers concerned with shipping and movement of turbine blades, storing, inventorying, ordering, receiving, issuing materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.\nWhat does a Logistics Supervisor do?\nLead daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and internal logistics activities, to support production schedules and customer requirements.\nManage inventory accuracy through effective transaction controls, cycle counting, audits, and corrective actions.\nDevelop and maintain warehouse storage strategies that optimize material flow, reduce handling, and support operational efficiency.\nAllocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production and customer demands while balancing workload and resources.\nMonitor warehouse performance through the development and utilization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, service levels, and inventory management.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, warehouse procedures, and company policies.\nEnsure employee certifications, permits, training requirements, and qualifications remain current and compliant with site and regulatory requirements.\nFoster a safe work environment by enforcing HSE requirements, maintaining certifications, and ensuring employee qualifications remain current.\nSupervise, coach, and develop team members through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.\nBuild a culture of accountability, teamwork, trust, and continuous improvement.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and support operational objectives.\nLead improvement projects utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, CAPA and change management methodologies, with a strong attention to detail and focus on improving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and team performance.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEssential Functions:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.\nAbility to lead and develop teams while driving operational results.\nAbility to manage daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.\nAbility to allocate labor, materials, and resources to meet business needs.\nAbility to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.\nAbility to enforce safety standards and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.\nMust be able to see and hear alarms, timers, and follow verbal instructions.\nMust be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks.\nWhat you will bring:\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree, or equivalent experience in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.\nSupervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.\nCompletion of required HSE and warehouse safety training or the ability to obtain certification.\nExperience with inventory control, material flow, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.\nProven ability to drive continuous improvement through data analysis, problem-solving, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nKnowledge of MRP, ERP, timekeeping, and supply chain systems.\nAbility to maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.\nAbility to utilize continuous improvement methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, CAPA, Kaizen, and other structured problem-solving techniques.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.\nExperience managing inventory accuracy, warehouse storage strategies, and material allocation planning.\nExperience leading Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.\nBackground in transportation, shipping, and hazardous materials handling.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and warehouse optimization
