Our team of 24 Maintenance Technicians is responsible for servicing and maintaining tools, equipment, machinery, and transport equipment across the site.\nThe team ensures that all equipment operates to the required standards, breakdowns are resolved efficiently, and maintenance activities are accurately recorded within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:\nMaintaining electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment, as well as hand tools.\nMaintaining calibration and measurement equipment and associated systems.\nDiagnosing and interrogating PLC-controlled equipment and systems.\nAdministering maintenance systems, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support.\nEnsuring work areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition using 5S methodology.\nContributing to supplier evaluations for maintenance-related equipment and services.\nWorking safely at all times and maintaining a strong safety culture among colleagues.\nQualifications\nTechnical knowledge and experience in areas such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and manuals.\nBasic computer and smartphone proficiency.\nTechnical or vocational qualification in a maintenance-related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience maintaining equipment within a manufacturing environment.\nCompetencies\nTo do well in this role, you will have:\nA collaborative approach.\nA proactive safety mindset.\nGood problem-solving skills.\nThe flexibility and willingness to work shifts.\nThe ability to adjust readily and stay effective under changing conditions.\nGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.\nWorking Hours\nThis role operates within our 24/7 manufacturing environment and requires participation in a rotating shift pattern.\nWork Schedule:\n4 consecutive day shifts: 06:45 - 19:00\n4 days off\n4 consecutive night shifts: 18:45 - 07:00\n4 days off\nEach shift is 12.25 hours, providing a structured working pattern with regular periods of time off between rotations. Willingness and the ability to work both day and night shifts are essential for this position.
