Propose adjustments as necessary\nQualifications\nA graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any Finance or Business-related courses. Certifications are beneficial (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)\n5-7 years of experience in a general accounting background, controlling and reporting function role, or a relevant role\nExposure to BPO / Shared service environment\nExperience in working with multi-cultural stakeholders\nWith knowledge in using ERP (SAP) systems\nAdvanced analytical and presentation skills\nBusiness Partnering experience\nCompetencies\nHigh-level experience in (1) Controlling Actual Financials, (2) Forecasting or Budgeting\nWith high-level and specific knowledge of accounting concepts and solid analytical skills relevant in financial analysis.Ability to develop financial projections and build financial models\nEfficient documentation and process mapping experience\nTakes initiative and has a motivated attitude; keen to learn in a complex, busy environment\nKnowledge in using the ERP System. Experience in SAP and SAP-BI\nAdvanced-level MS Office user.
