The purpose is to support safe, efficient, and high-quality blade manufacturing by carrying out production activities as per standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and production targets.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day production activities in the blade manufacturing process as per defined work instructions and SOPs.

Operate and handle production tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.

Ensure products meet defined quality standards through proper process adherence and in-process inspections.

Achieve daily production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, equipment abnormalities, and safety hazards to the supervisor.

Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S standards within the production area.

Follow all EHS requirements, PPE guidelines, and company policies at all times.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team activities to improve productivity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related disciplines.

Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience can be considered.

Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts.

Good physical fitness and willingness to perform shop-floor activities.
