Come and Join us at Vestas!\nVestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > Blades Manufacturing\nThe purpose is to support safe, efficient, and high-quality blade manufacturing by carrying out production activities as per standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and production targets.\nResponsibilities\nPerform day-to-day production activities in the blade manufacturing process as per defined work instructions and SOPs.\nOperate and handle production tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.\nEnsure products meet defined quality standards through proper process adherence and in-process inspections.\nAchieve daily production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.\nIdentify and report process deviations, quality issues, equipment abnormalities, and safety hazards to the supervisor.\nMaintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S standards within the production area.\nFollow all EHS requirements, PPE guidelines, and company policies at all times.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team activities to improve productivity and process efficiency.\nQualifications\nDiploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related disciplines.\nCandidates with relevant manufacturing experience can be considered.\nCandidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts.\nGood physical fitness and willingness to perform shop-floor activities.\nCompetencies\nSafety awareness and strong adherence to safety procedures.\nQuality-conscious approach with attention to detail.\nAbility to follow standard work instructions and production processes.\nTeamwork and effective communication.\nDiscipline, reliability, and willingness to learn.\nProblem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.\nWhat We offer\nWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development possibilities in an inspiring environment at an established wind turbine manufacturer.
