Together, we are supporting a renewable energy future and continuous progress.\nResponsibilities\nYou'll lead the Software and Innovation partner track, connecting supplier capabilities with Vestas' strategic priorities and supporting collaboration from opportunity identification through to execution and value realization.\nLead the Software and Innovation partner track, overseeing governance, pipeline management, performance reporting and portfolio outcomes\nAssess supplier capabilities and identify development opportunities using the FutureFit framework\nDevelop strategic partnership and co-development opportunities by aligning supplier technology roadmaps with business priorities\nCoordinate cross-functional due diligence across technical, security, legal, IP and commercial considerations\nFacilitate partner reviews, innovation workshops and governance forums to drive effective decision-making and execution\nPromote successful collaboration by supporting co-development initiatives, managing risks and dependencies, and driving alignment across the Software, Hardware and General Partner Program tracks\nQualifications\nWe are open to a variety of backgrounds and experiences; however, qualified candidates will likely demonstrate experience in several of the following areas:\nExperience in strategic partnerships, innovation management, digital procurement, technology program management or supplier development\nSolid understanding of software, embedded systems, digital solutions, data integration and technology roadmaps\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with and align stakeholders across technical, commercial, legal and business functions\nSkilled at structuring complex opportunities, supporting decision-making and ensuring effective execution\nEffective communication, facilitation and analytical skills, with good English proficiency\nExperience within renewable energy or another complex industrial or technology-driven environment\n\nCompetencies\nNaturally curious and technology-minded, with the ability to balance innovation with commercial and operational considerations\nAble to bridge technical, business and supplier perspectives to build collaboration and shared outcomes\nHighly organised, with a structured approach to governance, documentation and portfolio management\nSkilled relationship-builder who can work effectively across functions, teams and seniority levels\nSkilled at navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions and progressing opportunities in a changing environment\n\nWhat we offer\nWe offer an exciting position with great development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's number one wind turbine producer.
