Performance pack ownership\nProduce and maintain the standard performance pack and reporting framework, updating and QA'ing it regularly.\nExamples include:\nAligning with the Performance & Data Manager on scorecard definitions and integrity themes\nOwns ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics to deliver actionable HR service insights, trend analysis, and KPI dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making across the SSC.\n2. Ad hoc analysis and root cause investigation\nDeliver ad hoc analysis that identifies root causes and actionable insights.\nExamples include:\nTriaging incoming requests and clarifying scope before building targeted analysis\n3. Dashboards and trend monitoring\nBuild and refine dashboards that highlight trends in volume, ageing, quality, and demand drivers.\nExamples include:\nEnsuring reporting definitions, metrics, and distribution are consistent and reliable\n4. Narrative and stakeholder communication\nTranslate data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior decision-makers.\nExamples include:\nPartnering with the Shared Service Center Lead on performance storytelling for senior stakeholders\n5. Governance and CI support\nPrepare inputs for governance forums and support CI prioritisation with evidence-based insights.\nExamples include:\nPreparing inputs for the Engine Room, SSC Director, Tower Lead, and GPS Strategy & Outcomes Lead\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience\nStrong reporting and analytics capability.\nOperational insight into service delivery and meaningful metrics.\nClear communication and storytelling skills.\nContinuous improvement orientation with ability to propose and track interventions.\nServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics\nObjectives\n1. Trusted performance view: provide a trusted performance view that drives action.\n2. Reporting reliability: reduce time lost to unclear or inconsistent reporting.\n3. Evidence-led prioritisation: enable prioritisation of CI work based on evidence.\nWhat This Role Is Not\nThis role:\nDoes not own master data integrity itself - that is the Performance and Data Manager and the HR Analysts\nDoes not prioritise the CI pipeline - that is the Continuous Improvement Specialist\nNot a people manager role.
