Executing on Vestas' growth strategy is in the hands of the people, and P&C has a central role to play in developing the talent, processes, and culture that will enable Vestas to succeed.\nCore Responsibilities:\nSecure a high level of payroll services to the assigned countries.\nAccurately process payroll in each payroll cycle.\nManage and coordinate with the payroll partners in daily payroll operation and annual financial closing.\nGenerate and deliver recurring payroll, social security, tax reports and cost reports as defined and expected.\nSupport on the other HR annual activities including salary related budget preparation, merit increase and global bonus payout.\nHandle business and employees requests regarding payroll via ticket system.\nPerform Vestas global internal compliance control of payroll. Strictly follow SOX control requirement per payroll cycle to ensure compliance regarding time registration, data transfer, payroll validation, payment, etc. Conduct risk assessment regularly.\nStrictly follow HR Data privacy and compliance in daily work, especially regarding EU GDPR and corresponding country local policies.\nOther duties and projects assigned to meet business objectives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor Degree from an accredited university, preferably with a major in Human Resources, Analysis or related areas.\nAt least 5 years of payroll experience. Payroll expertise of Philippines is must.
